I am Nida, an M.Phil qualified psychologist offering online therapy services across Pakistan. My work focuses on helping individuals manage emotional challenges through structured, evidence-based approaches tailored to their personal needs.

To help you feel comfortable and confident before starting therapy, I offer a free 15–20 minute pre-session consultation. This initial conversation allows you to share your concerns, understand how therapy works, and decide if we are the right fit — because trust and comfort are essential for effective counseling.
